Multipule Page Layouts/Templates

  • So, i’ll let you know what I need to do and hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

    I want to have serveral different layouts with in a site.

    A layout for the homepage with top nav, then the tier 1 pages would have an addition of side nav, tier 3 pages would have a slightly different layout.

    Is there any plugin that does this, say when you make a page you can choose a different template for it?

    or is there a way for me to make the changes within the theme to create this?
