• Hello,

I would like to offer video uploads via my VideoPress installation to my Multisite users. While this plugin works under multisite, technically, I have some concerns about privacy and logisitcs:

    * It looks like all of my multisite users would also have to have an account on my WordPress.com/videopress account too in order to upload videos? This would be a logistical nightmare to set them up with an account and website on my multisite network AND have to also invite them to my wordpress.com (with videopress) account so that they can also upload videos. Even if I wanted to do this double login for all of my customers, I already have 100+ sites on my network, but it looks like I can only invite 10 people to share the account on WordPress.com?

    * For me, part of the point of using multisite was that Jane A. can have her site with her pages and media and Judy B. can have her site with her pages and media and their media and pages stay on their own sites and do not mingle. VideoPress appears to show everyone all videos uploaded to the wordpress.com/videopress account, even ones the super admin uploaded? This is rather cumbersome with 100+ sites on my network. Imagine Jane A. having to sort through 100’s of other people’s videos to find her own two or three videos? Please tell me there is a way to restrict this so that each blog on the network can see only the videos they’ve uploaded? Please?

I have tried activating VideoPress as both Network wide and by individual sites in the network and there does not appear to be any type of “settings” page where I could indicate whether to:

A: set an API key or login information so my users can just upload videos, period. no double log in.
B: choose to either share all videos across the whole network OR only show each site the videos that have been uploaded for JUST that site.

    Thanks in advance

    ~Bonnie
