Multisite

Hi,
I am not sure if this is the place for feature requests.

What I would love to see, and hopefully other as well, is to be able to add certain codes network wide.
To be more specific, this is how I image it would work:
1) add a page to network admin menu that looks like the page we get for individual sites
2) Users access it as usual
3) users create a code block that applies to all their sites
