Multisite?

    We have a problem with the notifications. We have a multisite installation. Gamipress is enabled throughout the network. Page 1 (main page) creates the achievement. Learndash is installed on a subpage.

    We have created a new achievement on the main page: “Complete a course”.

    If the user now solves the step on the subpage with learndash.
    The title of the notification does not show the title of the achievement with the shortcode {title}.

    It shows the title of a learndash lesson.

    Both have the same post ID.

    About the notification, you are talking about:
    1) The email sent to the user when completes something
    2) A live notification shown through our Notifications add-on?

    Hi,
    i mean the Live Notification, displayed via Popup.

    The E-Mails are looking fine.

    Then for paid add-ons support is just posible through email (www.ads-software.com doesn’t allows it, just support for plugins stored here)
