Hello, your plugin don’t work with multisite network wordpress site. On the principal site working but the other the dashboard or any admin page got unreachable.

It’s possible to solve that issue?

    Thanks

For me Koko Analytics works just fine on a multi site setup. I can go to Dashboard > Analytics on each sub-site.

What error do you get exactly?

Do you have access to your PHP error log? If not, ask your hosting provider about that. There you can see the full error message and share it with us here.

Also please let me know what PHP version you are using.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the information. The error is regarding an update/migration script that has trouble running. Not sure if this is going to make a difference, but you could try completely removing the koko plugin and then doing a fresh install. Let me know if that solves it or not. Thanks!

Already tried and it’s not working.
I tried to activate the plugin in the network: error on subdomain sites.
I tried to activate the plugin once per site: error on subdomain sites.

In every case on the principal site the plugin it’s working.

I will have to ask Danny to look into this. It can take a few days before he has time to debug this for you. Please hold on…
