Hi:
I use in a multisite Email Before Download. In main site, EBD works perfectly but in the other side, the link of email doesn’t work. It says:

Aviso de redirección
La página en la que te encuentras te intenta dirigir a una URL no válida (https://?uid=).

Si no quieres visitar esta página, puedes volver a la página anterior.

Could you help me, please?

1. Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully
3. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing

Hi @hablasconalberto,

It appears you provided the URL to the final download link and not the page before where you selected the link to download. Could you please include that? Also if you could provide us with the shortcode and URL of the page that contains the Email Before Download Monitor plugin failing.

Hi @hablasconalberto,

Thank you for providing all of this information. After troubleshooting it appears the issue resides within the WordPress site being a multisite. Unfortunately, the plugin was not designed with the multisite option in mind. Unfortunately, we are unable to further assist. The only thing left we can do is suggest to try installing plugins separately on each subdomain. We plan on including in a feature update multisite support, and we will reach out once that is available.
