Multisite accounts uploading to wasabi

In a multisite environment built for digital image hosting, can your plugin be used to assign x amount of storage per subsite using Wasabi?

For example, can I offer users 3 different levels of storage:

1. 100gig

2. 500gig.

3. 1TB

…and then your plugin will assign a storage block on Wasabi dedicated to that user where they can independently add, edit, delete and download their media?

Also, if this is do-able, do you have a list of development hooks as we’de like to integrate it with our service so that the info from a user form (username, email, etc) can be used to set up the wasabi account for that particular user automatically with the relevant storage limit.
