Multisite advanced options capability too high

  • We believe the capability for accessing the Advanced options is too high (tadv_admin.php line 433).

    We might not want site editors to change these, but site administrators should certainly be allowed. Our network administrators or super-admins don’t get involved in day to day site ops, but presently they are the only ones with access.

    The capability should be manage_options not manage_sites, that way site admins can access these fields.
