Multisite buddypress captcha not working

  • I installed and network enabled the plugin and enabled captcha test in the plugin settings, but there is no captcha showing on my buddypress registration page.

    I also tried approving all of my current wordpress users and it didn’t do anything…there are no users listed in approved, confirm, or blocked.

    What am I missing?
