multisite : category of sites

  • Hello,
    I want to create a multisite, where every site of the networks to one or many categories.

    For example, I can have : Categories : food | sport | accessories | home electronics

    Site > Categories :
    Site1 > food
    Site2 > Sport | home electronics
    Site3 > food
    Site4 > Sport
    …

    Anyone can help me please ?
