    Hi:

Unfortunately, this issues raised in this thread are not resolved. There are still two issues (that may or may not be related to multisite)

    1. When the WooCommerce Memberships module is turned on, there are no fields on the Add Person screen. No error message is shown on the screen – just some title text and the rest of the screen is blank.

As you requested, a user id and password was sent to your email address to you could log into the site to examine this issue.

    2. There was a minor upgrade to this module that was just released. Unfortunately, that minor module seem to have a bug in it where it prevents access to the wp-admin pages. The only way back in was to delete the module from the plugins folder.

No progress has been made on this one either.

Both of these issues were discussed above and in the case of the 1st issue you have been responding to it. So I am a bit confused as to why there is a request to close this thread since that isn’t resolved. Is it possible that you forgot about this issue?

    Thanks very much.

I still do not have ability to log in to your site. My credentials which you sent me via Virtu service does not work.

    Regards.

    Hi:

That’s weird – I apologize for that. I just tried them again by copying and pasting from the email I sent to you and they do seem to work. Are you getting an error message of some kind or are you being redirected to a screen that you do not expect?

    Thanks very much!

Hi – I noticed that you logged into the site. I just wanted to remind you that I had to delete the plugin since the upgrade to the latest version prevented anyone from logging into the site. So to test out the issues, you will have to reinstall the plugin and hope that it doesn’t lock you out.

It seems that my account on your website do not have rights to visit dashboard. I can see only frontend. Can you check that.

    Hi:

Sorry about that. I saw that you logged in yesterday so figured you were finished and turned off the account. I just turned it back on.

    Thanks.
