    Hi,
I installed your Plugin in my Multisite WordPress Installation and activated it on one sub-site. Here I set one Min-Limitation Role for one Product (one simple product, min. quantitiy of 4). Unfortunately nothing happens at all. When I try to order one pc. of this special product no error gets displayed, neither on my product page, nor on the cart page nor on the checkout page.
Can it be that the Plugin does not work at all on WP Multisite environments?

Thx very much in advance and best regards
    Nicola

    Hello @nisto2016,

You have two limitation by OR and first limitation minimum quantity is 4, but second limitation minimum quantity empty and it means right now the plugin checks is min quantity more then 4 OR 0, as you can see it will be always more then 0.

You need to remove it(it is strange that button do not have text and we will check this issue), click on line under first “OR” text.

    Regards,
    Oleg

    Hello Oleg,

Again thank you very much for your very quick response again and helpful support.
Please do not worry about the missing button text – it is there, seems to be a problem of my screenshot program.

I now did like you advised and removed the “”0” limitation, now it looks like this:

Unfortunately still nothing happens, I still can order this product with all quantities, so also less than 4.

Have you any further idea what might be the problem?

Thank you very much and sunny regards

    Hi Oleg,

Thank you very much for your kind continued support. After further tests I found out that I have to refresh the product page to see the “warning” message that too less articles were added to the cart.

So good news is, I see now in the cart the warning and can not order without fixing the issue ??

But I still can add lower (than needed) quantities to the cart without displayed warning. The warning I see when I refresh my product page.
But maybe I misunderstood the setting “Prevent add to cart” which I enabled?

Thanks very much again and best regards

    Hello @nisto2016,

Maybe you have some AJAX script that add products to cart, but do not get WooCommerce errors back to display it.
Please try to change theme to WordPress default(like Twenty Twenty) and check the issue.

    Regards,
    Oleg

    Hello Oleg,

Thank you for your suggestion. I tried it in this way and activated Twenty Nineteen. Indeed the warning appears already on the product site now, when I add a quantity less than needed. So you are right, it seems to be an AJAX script issue. I have to search how I can resolve this in my theme.

The product still gets added to the cart (also with Twenty Nineteen). Anyway, most important is that the client can not order and has to rise the quantity during checkout process. ??

You helped me very much, thank you :-)!

    Great Plugin!!!

Have a nice time and stay healthy,

    Hello @nisto2016,

“Prevent add to cart” works like this because plugin limit only maximum limits, because conditions can be setuped for multiple products. Only paid version of plugin has option “Each Products” that will use limitation for each product from limitation separately and then “Prevent add to cart” will work for both minimum and maximum limitation.

    Oleg

    Hi Oleg,

    O.k., I understand. I will consider if I buy Pro-Version.

    Sunny regards
