• Hi there,

I’ve upgraded a multisite installation from 3.05 to 3.1 and how have a lot of issues.

    a) super admin is gone
I’m logged in as the former “superadmin”, but I just see “admin” and the superadmin panel is gone.

    b) Plugins have disappeared
I’ve had around 50 plugins installed on the “main” site. They seem to be active, but I can only see 13 (no mattter if logged in to a subsite or the main site)

    c) sites are gone from admin area
I can see the admin bar with “my sites” on it, but I cannot see all my sites – for example, one page that I know (and checked) is live at goneexamplesite.mymaindomain.com does NOT show up int he sites list.

Any ideas how to solve this?

I’ve made a backup, but I?d be quite unhappy to delete and reinstall everything, so I’d be happy on every help how to get this done.

Ah btw, I used automatic update function…

    Thanks
    R

    addition to b)

I can see the plugins in the left admin bar, but I can not see them when clicking on the “plugins” menu item.

    a) Yes, it’s NETWORK Admin now, found on the light grey header bar in your admin section (look to the far right).

    b) They’re in network Admin -> Plugins. We’ve separated Network from Site now.

    c) Again, Network Admin -> Sites.

Kinda. It was mentioned in the release notes, but a lot of folks skipped over it. ?? We’re getting to the codex!

All the network stuff is actually IN the codex – just the old stuff needs updating / redirecting.
