Multisite contact forms question

  • Does anyone know if there is a form plugin that works with multisite so that on each site in my network, I can specify a file attachment to be automatically sent to the form submitter? I’d prefer a plugin that simply has a field where I can specify the file attachment, as opposed to hard coding some stuff which presents problems usually.. Thanks in advance
