Hi – I neglected to disconnect a multisite subsite from jetpack before deleting the site.

Now I’m getting monitoring notices that the site is offline.

Can’t find/figure out how to edit/delete the monitoring.

    Would appreciate advice, thanks

    Hi @wasanajones!

Happy to help with this. Could you post the website address here so I can disable those notifications for you?

Or, if you want it to remain private, you can also contact Jetpack’s support team via this contact form:

    Hi thanks for response.

Is this something you do on Jetpack and not from the site/account itself?

If its something I can do, I prefer to take that approach.

    Thanks

    Hi @wasanajones!

To do it on your site, you’ll need to reconnect Jetpack on that site, and turn off the Monitor feature. You’ll find it right on the Jetpack -> Dashboard page on your dashboard in the “Downtime Monitoring” box.

If you aren’t able to get Jetpack reinstalled and connected, contact us and we can disable the notifications from our side.
