Multisite Detect on Install

Is there a way we could program a multisite detect on install for a networkwide forum.
Then tell bbPress Topics for Posts to use that blogs id for switch_to_blog(); ?https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/bbpress-post-topics/
