    can somebody tell me what the function of these options are ?

    Attributes:
    – Public
    – Archived
    – Spam
    – Deleted
    – Mature

    I have never worked with a multisite before, so I do not know the answer to that, sorry ??

    Those options refer to whether a site is available — Public is an active, published site, subject to whatever privacy settings you use. Archived, Spam, and Deleted will all show visitors some variation on “This site has been suspended”, “This site has been deleted”, etc. Mature (IIRC) is a public site that you’ve flagged as NSFW so it won’t show up in aggregated post lists or links between tags across different sites in your network.
