    Hello, it seems that the emails are still being sent successfully however for all the subsites the emails no longer show up in their logs. Trying to see if this is an isolated issue or something widespread for multisites? Thanks in advance.

    The 1st screenshot shows how a typically subsite would look.

    This is how the new subsite email logs look even with all the emails being sent and received successfully

    Does it a new subsite? Because the log only be saved after it created.

    Im not sure what you mean by “new”. These are both new subsites. The blank one is a newer one which leads me to believe that the effect could be from a recent update of the plugin. Are you able to replicate this on your side? The emails received are pretty standard: password reset, new account registration, etc.

    We have tested on our test site and it works properly.

    Let me clarify more details how YaySMTP works.

    It allows you apply the configuration on the main site for all the rest subsites.

    But each subsite has his own email log, which send out from that site.

    So if the issue persists on your end, please reach out technical support via https://yaycommerce.com/support/

    Our dev would like to check further on this if it’s possible.
