Multisite Export/Import image/file issues

  • I recently exported and imported a WP multisite database from one domain to another within the same host/server.

    I’ve created redirects but the files issue (using blogs.dir) is not working properly. I’ve changed the htaccess and other things but am stuck

  • Check to make sure that the path to the uploads directory is the same on both installs.

    If this is a NEW Multisite instance, you’re not using blogs.dir, you’re using /wp-content/uploads

    If it’s an older Multisite, check the htaccess file to make sure it’s correct,.
