Multisite global campaigns

Hi.

I am using wordpress multisite. I would like to have the possibility to let users create campaigns on different sites, and make all campaigns from all sites show in the campaign-list on all sites. Is there a way to make this possible? Maybe make tables for personal fundraiser global? Maybe a change in the scripts? Any help is much appreciated.
