Multisite half working – Admin pages OK, no content

    Just making the move from Joomla to WordPress and I’ve set up a Multisite installation which, after some trials and tribulations, is now almost working!

    Initially, it was set up to use subdomains but, when we couldn’t get that to work, my hosting company decided that we’d have to go to sub-folders. I changed the wp-config and htaccess files as per instructions here and it now almost works. I can get to the admin pages at https://mydomain.com/subsite/wp-admin/ but when I try to view the site at https://mydomain.com/subsite/ I get a 403 error saying I don’t have permission to view that folder – although the hosting guys tell me that I have…
