Multisite Installation Broken After Update

Hi

Since updating to the latest version of this plugin, it appears to be broken:

We’re running a multisite installation of WP and have done the usual checks of disabling all other plugins and resetting to the default theme – the issue is still manifesting.

Anyone run into this or got any suggestions that can point me in the right direction?
