Multisite Installation dual UA with G4

Hi guys, bought your plugin a couple of days ago and i wondered how to install it in a multisite. I am playing right now around with a test setup.

Do i need several licenses for a multisite?
Do i only need to activate it in the network or do i activate it singled?
Are there specific settings to consider, hence in a test with your free plugin i got the a warning site url doesn’t match google tracked url or so.
