Multisite Installation, No Checkbox During Checkout

    Hi Sebastien!

    We have a multisite WooCommerce installation, and the tab doesn’t show up in the WooCommerce settings. I’ve double checked the table records in the options table and they seem to be all present.

    Any ideas on getting this working?

    Have you checked that you have not yet already subscribed before? If you have then the checkbox does not show again.

    Is the plugin activated on a network level or per site?

    Per site basis. Should I switch it over to a network activation?

    If that is true then how many sites do you have the plugin active on and do all of them have the same issue?

    If so can you change to a network activation to test and report back.
