    I’d like to suggest consideration for multisite, network wide settings. It sounded as though this in the pipeline for Postman SMTP, but obviously never came to fruition.

    I have a handful of multisites that use the same login/pass/setup for each Post SMTP activation. Since I plan on using the plugin on every new multisite install, it’d be a HUGE bonus if I could simply use the same settings from the network settings. Setting the plugin up on each install, with the same settings and credentials, ultimately just takes time that could be better spent… and not just by me, but by everyone ??

    …and BTW, thank you so, so very much for taking over this plugin!

    Hi @splaquet,

    Nice idea, will consider it.
    need to think how to implement it, there is times a site owner will want to setup
    different connection to each site too.

    Thanks

    I like this idea!

    But until then, you can always use the import/export function to duplicate the settings to other installs.

    @yehudah,

    I’ve thought about that part as well… although in my multisite installs, it’s either one or the other. If the plugin is network activated, the super admin wouldn’t have to show the plugin in each account’s plugin list. The super admin can set the credentials on the network level

    I have thought about when you have various users controlling their own installs. If they don’t want to use the master account, they can simply setup their own credentials if they choose.
