• We have a WordPress multi-site installation. We are running Matono on premise and
I installed the WP-Matomo Integration plugin. I get a widget in the dashboard of the different sites, but they all show the same numbers which seem to be the numbers of the whole site. In Matomo I can see visitor counts for pages from different sites, but not separated per site. Actually I don’t know what it should look like. The sites are https://scientists4future.org, https://de.scientists4future.org, https://at.scientists4future.org and some more subdomains.

    Thank you for your help

What I forgot to mention, maybe it is important: One of the subdomains uses a different theme.

Here is one thing I found out:
In the table e.g. s4f_3_options the option_value for wp-piwik-site_id, wp-piwik-tracking_code etc. is empty.

First of all, did you check if you configured all URLs within Matomo’s website settings? WP-Matomo sends the blog’s URL to Matomo to receive the correct site ID.

Additionally, there will be an update within the next minutes, which contains a fix that may solve this issue: https://github.com/braekling/WP-Matomo/pull/94

After you checked your website configuration in Matomo and received WP-Matomo 1.0.26, please tell me if this helped. Thanks!
