Multisite Language settings gets Overwritten

The problem: Multisite Language Switcher Settings on Posts gets Overwritten

Scenario:
We published a Russian Post, next day we published the Ukrainian Post. On the Ukrainian post we’ve set the Multilanguage link for the russian post. So now Russian and Ukrainian are linked together.
Third day, our team in Germany published the German Post. On the german post they’ve set the Multilanguage link for russian post. Now Russian and German Post are linked. But the Problem is that the Ukrainian post is now unlinked. The multilanguage settings on Russian post got overwritten.

Can you please check on this?
