Multisite like Etsy?

    I’m working on a website but I’m stuck on how to make it all come together. We’re trying to do something like THIS where the user can set up there own store and sell/trade shoes. I have marketpress installed and also a network but I’m nut sure what to do.
    My website is HERE and I want the same functions as the previous sites. What can I do?
    Also, is there a plugin for trading?
