Multisite network

Hi

I can’t access main dashboard (superadmin) in multisite wordpress.
I can access all subdomain dashboards, but network dashboard I get a error “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”

I deactived all plugins,
I changed .htaccess
I forced use https://www.pedidoenlinea.com in all links,
I got a debug file and found this error:

I think that this error is in redirect wp-admin access.

CAN YOU TELL ME HOW CAN FIX IT?
