Multisite network admin SLOW after upgrade to 4.0

    Hi!

    I am testing an upgrade to 4.0 on a multisite network and after upgrading the admin of the network is ridiculously slow. Every page load takes about 2 minutes.
    I deleted all plugins, checked permissions etc, nothing helps.

    I upgraded another standalone site to 4.0 and it works without any problems on the same server and with the same general setup.

    What could be the problem?
