Hello,

I am running a multisite install and have come across and issue after moving servers (I don’t know if it was exactly when I moved or just a coincidence).

When I try to go to my Network dashboard (or any subpage of), I get sent to a 404 page. eg. going to hydralok.net/wp-admin/network sends me to hydralok.net/not_found. It works on my local install so I’m a bit confused.

Could it be a server compatibility issue?

Hi.
Show us your htaccess file and your wp-config.php file ONLY below the table prefix.
Can you even login to any admin area (not network admin)? I see that wp-login.php is not found as well. Do you use /login instead?

Hello,

I changed the login URL to https://www.hydralok.net/system, I can access the admin for subsites but not the network admin.

Well, the most obvious first thing to try is to remove all the code in the htaccess between “# BEGIN iThemes Security” and “# END iThemes Security”. Save a copy of the original file of course.

Try activating a different theme for the main network site.
Also deactivate all plugins that you can, for the main site.

Sorry for the delayed response, I was booked out on another project.

I can’t really switch themes as it’s a live site and my local version works so can’t try it there.

I’ve deactivated the plugins that I could to no avail.

I guess, another idea is to check the file permissions: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Changing_File_Permissions#Permission_Scheme_for_WordPress
Or it might be something else related to the server you switched to, but I am not very good at server things.
