I had a standard WordPress website. I recently created a multisite network, with my original website as the main site.

Since I’ve set this up, I’ve had a lot of issues.

In fact, there’s my website (the main one) at https://fullmedialab.com. I’d like to create a wooCommerce e-commerce site on the sub-domain https://shop.fullmedialab.com.

The configuration of the WordPress multisite network went well. Now I’ve got a network of sites.

But here are the technical issues I’m facing:

The Favicon is no longer active. And when I try to redefine it, there’s a issue with media loading. The media doesn’t load in the “Media” module.

From the main website, it’s impossible to open videos, in “lightbox” mode, from a video gallery on the website .

A “502 Bad Gateway” error occurs when I try to sumbit modifications to the site (such as activating an extension). But on some actions, which I haven’t defined yet, if I go back, the changes are saved anyway.

When I try to access the dashboard of the sub-domain site https://shop.fullmedialab.com, I get the error “This site is inaccessible” with the error code DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

It’s impossible to add extensions from the “Network Admin” site.

When I try to search for an extension in the “Add extension” module, the search results don’t load. Also, it’s impossible to upload an extension.

I’m not a WordPress expert. I’m just getting by. These technical issues are way beyond me. I’d be grateful if you could help me with these problems.

And, sorry, I’ve turn the webiste under maintenance, so you can’t figure it out.

  • The subdomain shop.fullmedialab.com does not exist in the DNS. Therefore, no browser can resolve it and therefore cannot address your hosting. To solve this, you must enter this subdomain in the domain settings and point it to the IP of your hosting. This is not something WordPress can help you with. Talk to your host’s support team if you need assistance with domain management.
