MultiSite Network Master

I am developing a multisite setup. I have activated your Admin Plugin (replacing another one) because I like yours better. However:

– I am not seeing your plugin settings show up in the network master admin area like the other theme did – https://prntscr.com/oxeuei

– I have confirmed that when i create a new site it does NOT take on the settings of the other site I have edited. – https://prntscr.com/oxexm4

Is this normal? Or am I missing something?
