I have network activated the plugin, and setup my SMTP settings at the network level. I get a successful test when I send from the network settings.

However, child blogs are not able to send mail. I’m not seeing any errors in syslog, wordpress error logs, or wordpress debug. The mailbank email log on each child blog does show that messages were not sent.

I have noticed that each child blog seems to have it’s own settings page for mailbank, and it makes me wonder if the network settings are not overriding local settings.

This seems to be the best option for wordpress multisite, and I would love to get it working correctly!

    Cheers,

    -Dan

    Hi,

Make sure that you configure the Settings for each Child Site as well.

If you are not configuring the settings, it won’t be able to use it on individual child sites.

    Thanks

    Hi Varun,

Thanks for your response, but my question is not resolved.

It states on the plugin descriptions, “You’ll be able to take full control of all your networked sites from your main installation.”

If I have to go into every single site on my network, that doesn’t sounds like “full control from my main installation”.

Also, why doesn’t the network settings screen from inside the plugin work? It appears that the plugin used to have full network control, but that it has been partially disabled or removed.

    Hi,

The plugin has been designed to provide settings to individual sites independently.

We had the majority of people asking for separate settings, as they were using Multisite Installation mostly for different sites not related to each other.

But, recently we had received a lot of emails asking to use the same network settings for all sites.

We will introduce a new feature in upcoming releases, where the user can choose between whether to use network settings or to configure it independently.

    Thanks
