    Hi,

    The 2.4.1 plugin works just fine on my main site, but I found interesting behaviors when the plugin is “network activated.”

    Before the plugin will work on a subsite, a form needs to be created in the main site first. Once that’s done, any forms created for subsites will show up.

    The subsite forms still work even after the main site forms are deleted. Forms seem to be available only in the site they were created. I can’t use a form from the main site in a subsite, and I can’t use a form from a subsite in the main site.

    One other note: the “clear” button is styled differently than the other buttons.

    Thank you for getting in touch and please excuse me for a little delay in my response; I was super busy in the last few days.

    Actually I haven’t tested the plugin on multisite to see its behavior. I should do a test to check. Nonetheless I’m quite sure there’s a way to work around it.

    Regarding the “clear” button style, it depends on the theme you’re using, however if you wish to style it differently and you know a bit of css, then it’s quite easy to modify its appearance.
