Multisite new installation, The webpage has a redirect loop

Hi, I install a multisite wordpress, and create a new site, but i cant see the theme on the new site, another thing, when im try to access to wp-admin of my new site, i get a error:”This webpage has a redirect loop”

This is my wp-config:
