Multisite – not found 404 problem

I got two wordpress blogs installed on one host
and my problem is with the sitemap.xml
when I make it with the subwordpress and try to view it it tells me that
the page is not found from the route wordpress
what I want to do is to disable the route wordpress from controlling the subwordpress by disabling it from controlling a specific directory
