Multisite only works for main blog

I have a subdir network install of WP 3.5 and I am running into several issues.
1. Main site works. https://gulfridgecouncil.org
2. Subsites break, no matter what theme I try:
https://gulfridgecouncil.org/giving/
https://gulfridgecouncil.org/districts/
3. I can’t get into the dashboard of the subdir sites…I get a “too many redirect loop” error.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
