Multisite – possible bug

We are running WP multisite with the WP Super Cache plugin now for over a year. We use to be able to configure Super Cache (on/off) on a per blog/server basis. We just noticed that if we turned off Super Cache on one blog, it turns it off for all blogs; similar results if we turn it on.
Is this change intended?
