    Hello!

I have an old WP installation. Some days ago, I decided to change it to multisite installation. Everything was fine. I was forced to choose subdomains, because my blog was not new.

But I want to use subdirectory, not subdomain. Searching Google, I found this (https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/change-multisite-sub-directories-sub-domains/) and this (https://journalxtra.com/wordpress/how-to-force-multi-site-to-use-subdirectories/).

The change was easy. Now, if I create a new site, WP will require a name after /. In other words, it’s asking for a name for the subdirectory, not a subdomain.

I was happy to see this.

But… everything is broken. I can see the new site created right now, but it does not show the content correctly. No CSS, by the way. You can check it here: gdamas.com/en

Also, I can’t access the new site’s admin panel.

So, the site is created and I can see it, but with problems. And I can’t access its wp admin panel.

    The main site is normal.

I alread changed htaccess and wp-config according to what I see in my network admin panel.

    Any help here?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Solved.
    Problem with .htaccess.
    Thank you.

congrats am glad you where able to fix this, am in similar issue

Hi @glaucod, i also had your issue and would like to know your htaccess configuration so maybe i could fix this. Specifically, my subsite seems to behave well, i can access it and manage it, but when i hover the “my sites” button in the navigation dashboard it only shows my main site. So to access the subsite i need to go on manage network->sites.
This may seems a little problem but maybe it is hiding something bigger.
