Having the same issues people report here, on multisite installs.
Seems that the currend version of the plugin is not production ready, at least for multisites

    1) Lost meta description in some custom post types (portfolios) in enfold theme. Even rolling back to 2.5 didn’t bring them back, had to fully restore a multisite network from a backup

    2) “We’ve updated….” nag does not disappear from the admin backend, even after updating the socrs, clearing caches from site and server, clearing cdn, and clearing browser cache. It seems to be a multisite issue, and I have 19 networks with dozens of sites each where it keeps happening, whereas in the single sites it went away

    3) Some sites, either because of the themes(enfold) or visual composer, have become really slow, takes ages to load the backend and the frontend, with the exact same configuration they had before, except for the yoast upgrade.
I host everything in high-RAM, quad-core VPS’s, and horsepower has never been an issue, but I’m having very high loads after the update, everytime an editor logs in to edit posts or pages.

Rolling back to 2.5,will wait for a solution for the above issues.
