Multisite – Registration emails not recieved

What happens when you try to sign up with a spare email?

It’s the same system, be it forgot password or registration, so if one works, they should all work.

registered with new email, nothing…

when I go to https://dmblogs.ncl.ac.uk/wp-mail.php it says
“This action has been disabled by the administrator”

is that normal?
how do I configure the email options?
everything seems fine on the dashboard settings..

The registration emails not being received by some users (specially Comcast and Hotmail) is quite common.

You need to have reverse DNS entries, as the email hosts on their end are looking at the headers of the email – which are basically automated & sent by the box itself, so they trigger the spam filters on the email ISP end.
