    Hi,
I have multisite and in network admin I unchecked the option:
“Use single network configuration file for all sites.”

A menu for configuring settings has appeared on every subpage, but most inputs are inactive (checkbox, inputs, etc. are disabled). I can edit these options only on the network admin page.

Can you please share a screenshot of the example of the settings that are greyed out?

    Hello @pepe80

    Thank you for the information.
Is the situation the same for all other settings? Or just some specific options?
I.E. In Performance>Page cache is anything else grayed out?
    Thanks!

As I said only “Page Cache -> Comment cookie lifetime” input is active. All other options are inactive. Here is example of “General Settings”:

This is an expected behavior. When unchecking the item “Use single network configuration file for all sites.” and saving the settings, you can then go to a blog/site’s dashboard to manage specific settings.

When managing multisite blog/site, you can change certain settings per-site by clicking the “Use specific settings” button on the right side of the settings panel. When you click the button, the settings that were inactive/grayed-out in the section will become active. You can revert to using the main settings by clicking the button which will now say “Use common settings”.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you.

I didn’t notice the “Use specific setting” button. Thank you for your help!
