Multisite site 2 is only displaying index of/ page

Hi,

I am just starting out with wordpress multisite and I am running into an issue where my main site is working perfectly but the addon site dubbed test.domain.com is only displaying the index of/ page. I have activated the theme and I have added a static page to display but there is no change. Anyone have any ideas?
