Multisite subsites are not logging anytrhing

    I have Simple History activated on a multisite but is only logging on the main site, in the subsite settings > simple history debug tab it shows nothing in the Table name metabox, I checked the database and the simple_history and simple_history_contexts tables only exist for the main site and have not been created for the subsites.

    Hi!

    The plugin should work fine on multisite installations. Just to check: the plugin is enable on the sites where you want it to log things? Is the plugin visible in the menu, under the dashboard menu item?

    Yes, the plugin is network activated and I can see the menu items on the subsites, but the DB tables are not created for the subsites.

    I tried uninstalling the plugin, which I saw deleted the tables from the DB, and tried reinstalling but still did not create the tables for the subsites.

    I have manually created the DB tables for the subsites and it is now reporting for the subsites, not sure why it would not create the DB tables?

    I tested on a clean WP install and the plugin worked correctly and created the DB tables for the subsites.
