Multisite Super Admins are not added to child blogs?

I find it a little frustrating that I have to manually add super admins to each site so that they show up in the “my sites” tab/page. Most new users have a hard time navigating around sites if they don’t have all the sites in their navigation.

It is also an extra step to have to go back up to the network admin panel to get to a different site.

I wrote a function to fix this. Would this be a good feature addition I should put for core? Or would it be better as a plugin?
