SuperAdmin is someone who can admin ALL the blogs. They can toggle the setting to allow per-site admins to add users.

Per-Site admins can edit people subscribed to their blogs and make them authors etc.

As you say Per-site admins can edit members and make then Author/editor.

but once those members become Authors, they can edit/modify other Authors articles. but i want they can manage only their Articles in their own profile enviornment, not other authors articles.

That’s default WordPress behavior. Make them Contributors – they should only be able to edit their own posts.

thats means its not MULTISITE in reality.

Other site ADMINs has no capability of SUPERADMIN and allow his members roles when they register.

    You lost me…

Site Admins do not have the superadmin capability – Correct.

Site Admins CAN manage member roles per site, but NOT per network.

I want to make for each directory admin as a SUPERadmin and allow members to subscribe as author/Editors

You don’t need to do this. All you need is to have the user register, and then the site-admin can make them what they want on their site.

Look at this plugin, if you want users to join per site.
