Multisite support?

Hello, I just added a page template which uses the function
file()to get an external XML file.The plugin raised a virus warning because of the existence of
file(). It is fine that I could tell the plugin that that is not a virus.That happened in a multisite installation. Every single sub site raised the alert. I have had to tell in every site ‘not a virus’.
It would be great if the plugin has a network-wide approach so that telling ‘not a virus’ and other settings could be done only once.
