Same question here…. I’d like to set up Analytics to track multiple domains, like described here:

I have 2 top-level domains which are run under the same WordPress installation (one domain is for English, the other for German). I’d like to track them individually, but if possible also together.
I understand that for this I would need 2 separate Google Analytics accounts like UA-XXXXXXXX-1 and UA-XXXXXXXX-2, but I cannot find any option in the plugin admin page which would allow to enter two separate codes.
Can the plugin do this, or is it necessary to add Analytics codes manually in such cases?
