Same here… would like to see the MU support, as this plugin doesnt work with Universal: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/google-analytics-mu/

If the dev of the plugin gets the plugin up on github or contact me I would love to try find the time and contribute the MU code.

I will not invest major work in https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/google-analytics-mu/ anymore.
Why? The plugin is already a fork. The plugin by the original dev was abandoned and he was not reachable. Today the code style is a horror for me which means I would need to start from beginning anyway.

In the new plugin version there is a new option – Custom Analytics, which should help you to setup multi-site tracking. However, I don’t have the instructions how to do it just yet. Will add those later.
